Code Crusader IDE provides a great value and includes both Code Crusader and Code Medic!

Supports any version control system that provides a command line interface.
By default, Code Crusader configures itself for Subversion and CVS, but it is very easy to add some other version control system, e.g., git.
Compare Files dialog provides interface to cvs diff and svn diff.
Supports any version control commit via the --vcs-commit command line option.
